Manual grape harvest and direct pressing of the entire brunch. Cool <debourbage> (settling) and alcoholic fermentation at
18℃ (including 10% made in new barrels).
90% in concrete vats on lees for 5 months.
10% in new barrels with stirring for 3 months.
Expressive nose of grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruits, and also flowers. Lively attack in mouth with powerful aroma which brings smooth and delicate taste.
This well-balanced wine is just splendid as starter or all along the meal.
