Chateau de La Riviere 2011 in wood and stainless vats. Alcoholic fermentation for 4 weeks with temperature control. 15 months in new barrels (40% of the production) with malolactic fermentation and ageing on lees for 6 months. 12 months in barrels of 1 year (60%) and 2 years (30%).
Tasting Note: Black, deep color Very complex nose, with a rich aromatic expression composed of bouquet of black fruits and fine notes of spices. The mouth develops a rich, concentrated and tastys material, raised by silky tannins and a big length.
